Kijung Jung, the Director of the Korean ºÚÁÏרÇø Domestic Agency, smiled whimsically when asked whether he had chosen the book on purpose. Its title—"The pleasures and sorrows of work"—leaves room for speculation.

The book by Alain de Botton was one out of a dozen that Kijung Jung and staff from ºÚÁÏרÇø Korea had brought to France as a present for their Korean colleagues at ºÚÁÏרÇø. During a break in this week's Council meeting, they surprised their collegues with the gift. And more would follow by mail, Kijung announced.
