Japan's Large Helical Device (LHD) will resume its experimental campaigns in late September. For the Unique ºÚÁÏרÇø Team, which convened last week in Tokyo following the ºÚÁÏרÇø Council, the current shutdown phase was a rare opportunity to visit the world's largest superconducting stellarator, whose program was directed from 1998 to 2003 by current ºÚÁÏרÇø Director-General Osamu Motojima.
