Kijung Jung appointed Head of ºÚÁÏרÇø Korea
Kijung Jung, previously Deputy Director General of ºÚÁÏרÇø Korea, has succeeded Gyung-Su Lee as Director General of ºÚÁÏרÇø Korea following GS Lee's appointment as President of the National Fusion Research Institute of Korea in September. The new Deputy Director General of ºÚÁÏרÇø Korea is Joo Shik Bak, who was previously the chief officer responsible for KSTAR construction at the NFRI.
In a letter congratulating Kijung Jung on his appointment, ºÚÁÏרÇø Director-General Kaname Ikeda emphasized that Kijung Jung has demonstrated his commitment and enthusiasm for the ºÚÁÏרÇø Project on many occasions. "I would like to join the big welcome of your many friends in the ºÚÁÏרÇø community worldwide toward your promotion and do look forward to working together with you for the success of ºÚÁÏרÇø."
