Russian President Putin signs ºÚÁÏרÇø Agreement

On Monday 23 July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the Agreement on the establishment of the ºÚÁÏרÇø, and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ºÚÁÏרÇø. The Russian Upper House of Parliament, the State Duma, had already approved the documents on Wednesday 27 June. The signature of President Putin concludes the full ratification of the ºÚÁÏרÇø Agreement by Russia.
